What this service is
Setout services describe the work. Eviction-day coordination is the schedule: everyone arrives in the office’s window, belongings are handled as the writ allows, locks change after possession is restored, and someone writes down what happened.
This is not a DIY lockout day. If the writ is not issued, there is no eviction day to coordinate. Courts and executing offices set their own calendars. We do not guarantee a date.
